CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing The Ny3 Luxe experience. We value your time and strive to provide excellent service to every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all, please review my policy below. Appointments and Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 20% of the service cost. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Additionally, no-shows may result in being blocked from booking future appointments. Late Arrivals Clients are given a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and applicable fees may apply. Late arrivals may also result in shortened or rescheduled services. Deposits All services require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward the final cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of late cancellations or no-shows but may be transferred if proper notice is given. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to this cancellation policy.
